We are trying to change the default for how websites get made in the AI age: not a throwaway generated draft, and not another canvas or plugin stack. Import what exists, describe what does not, publish HTML you can edit and own.
This is the first GTM and marketing hire. You make that story understood, found, and chosen. You write, ship, and look at the numbers with the founder — not as a department, as the person who owns the function.
Location and work mode
Fully remote, worldwide. There is an office at Lars Sonckin Kaari 14, 02600 Espoo, Finland if you want to work from there. Overlap with European hours helps, it is not a hard filter. Working language is English.
What you will do
- Own positioning and the public GTM language: who we are for, and what we do not claim.
- Run acquisition that already has a lead: paid search for Webflow switchers, organic for Astro builder, import as the product story on the homepage.
- Write and ship pages, ads, and campaigns yourself. There is no separate content team.
- Measure signups, import starts, and paid cost per acquisition. Stop work that does not convert.
- Keep marketing-en, GTM docs, and live campaigns in the same story.
What we are looking for
- You have owned GTM or marketing at a small B2B, SaaS, or tool company — including the unglamorous shipping.
- Clear writing. You can turn a product fact into a page or an ad without a committee.
- Comfortable with search, paid media, and positioning. Not only brand or social.
- You will not publish ranking promises or other claims the product cannot stand behind.
