Help us redefine how the web is built
AI made it cheap to generate a page. It did not make it easy to ship a real website: crawlable, editable, owned, still standing a year later. That is the gap we are building for.
A different default for the AI age
Most AI builders stop at a first draft. Most website platforms still ask you to start from a blank canvas, or to live inside a stack of plugins. We think the next default is simpler: take the site that already exists, or describe the one that does not, and get a production site you can publish, edit, and export.
That is Pagesmith. Static-first Astro output. Import instead of copying by hand. One workspace from draft to a live domain. We are a small team at Trustdom Oy in Finland. Fully remote, with an office in Espoo if you want a desk.
How we work
The team stays small on purpose. The work is to make that default real, not to add process around it.
Short loops
We ship, look at what happened, and change the next pass. Plans are useful; sitting on them is not.
AI in the actual work
We use AI for writing, research, code, ads, and operations — the same class of tools we build. If a loop can be shorter, we shorten it.
Small team, several hats
Everyone does the work, not only the brief. The first GTM hire writes, ships, and measures without a department behind them.
Remote, office if you want it
Work from anywhere. We also have a desk in Espoo at Lars Sonckin Kaari 14, 02600 Espoo, Finland.
