You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone in doing so. Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, reverse engineer components, or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. You can manage your subscription from your billing settings. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable.
Pagesmith.ai retains all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. Code generated for your projects is provided to you under the license specified in your plan or applicable agreement and may be exported for your own use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Pagesmith.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that the output will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagesmith.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
