Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select a plan
- Enter payment details
- Confirm
Upgrade takes effect immediately. You're charged prorated for the current period.
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm
Downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Canceling
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm
Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Projects remain accessible on the free tier.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit cards
Updating Payment
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Update Payment
- Enter new card details
- Save
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll email you
- Retry automatically in a few days
- Update your payment method if needed
- Service continues during grace period
Invoices
Accessing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Invoice History
- Download any invoice as PDF
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Amount and date
- Plan details
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
- Tax information if applicable
Credits
Some features use credits:
- AI generations
- Additional bandwidth
- Premium templates
Credits are included with plans and can be purchased separately.
Checking Balance
Go to Settings → Billing → Credits to see your balance.
Purchasing Credits
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Buy Credits
- Select amount
- Complete purchase
Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of charge for:
- First-time subscriptions
- Accidental renewals (contact us promptly)

Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Go to Billing and change your billing cycle. Annual plans include a discount.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Projects remain on the free tier. Features may be limited, but content is preserved.

How do I get an invoice for my company?
Add your company details in Billing settings. Invoices will include this information.
