Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade anytime to access more features:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
3. Select your new plan
4. Enter payment details
5. Confirm upgrade

What happens when you upgrade:

• Immediate access to new features
• All existing projects remain
• Prorated billing for monthly plans
• No data loss or downtime

Downgrading Your Plan

You can downgrade at any time:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click "Change Plan"
3. Select a lower tier plan
4. Confirm downgrade

What happens when you downgrade:

• Changes take effect at end of billing period
• You keep current features until then
• Projects exceeding new limits remain read-only
• No refunds for unused time

Team Billing

Per-Seat Pricing

Team plans charge per active team member:

• Base price: $99/month
• Per additional seat: $10/month
• Billing: Monthly or annual

Adding Team Members

When you add a member:

• Prorated charge for current period
• Full price starting next period
• Automatic seat adjustment

Removing Team Members

When you remove a member:

• Seat is removed immediately
• Credit applied to next bill
• No refunds for partial months
