Publish
Publish a Pagesmith website to a managed subdomain or connected custom domain.
Publishing builds the current project version and updates the selected live address. Review the preview before you start.
Publishing Targets
When you click Publish, you choose a target:
Free Subdomain
Projects can use a Pagesmith subdomain when the current plan allows it:
your-project-site.pagesmith.app
Choose the subdomain during setup. Check the workspace before publishing if you need to change an existing address.
Custom Domain
Custom domains are available on eligible plans. Connect the domain in Workspace → Domains before selecting it as a publishing target.
How to Publish
- Open your project in the AI Editor
- Make your changes and review the preview
- Click “Publish” in the top-right corner
- Choose your publishing target (subdomain or custom domain)
- Wait for the build and deployment to finish, then open the live URL
